Medicare Denials on Q Codes!!!

You may have experienced some recent claim denials from Medicare on Q codes.  We have reached out to Novitas and they are aware of these denials.  Apparently there was a system glitch between the end of May and the middle of June involving all Q Codes.  They are working to have this fixed and will be doing a mass reprocessing of all claims.

It is advisable to check all your Medicare EOB's for payment or denial on Q codes.
